The fast-growing business of Contained Energy requires investment. We can provide investors with several opportunities to participate in highly profitable, reliable and environmentally clean business:

• Equity participation in Contained Energy’s projects in Australasia and in South Asia:

Contained Energy develops and operates several renewable energy projects and can provide equity share in the operating companies. IRR for these investments is 12-15%.

• Debt participation in clean energy projects with 5-6 p.a. interest rate and tenure of 9-10 years.
   
• Leasing programs – the company has to meet the demand from South East Asian hotels and villas in renewable energy products. Contained Energy provides a leasing program to supply  hotels and villas with heat-pumps, chillers and other energy-saving systems. The lease is usually for 3-5 years with 12-14% ‘cost-of-funds’ p.a. The investment amount varies between US$ 50,000 – US$ 500,000 per one investment. The pledge is equipment and cash flows from operator. We are looking for high-worth individuals to participate in this leasing program.
